For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch.

Aweza collection uses PostEx Courier for order delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, the courier may handle the delivery and provide tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time communicated at the time of ordering or confirmation should be considered an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

5. Cash on Delivery
Aweza collection currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD).
The customer is responsible for paying the confirmed order amount to the courier upon delivery.
Customers should ensure that the provided phone number is active and that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
6. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

Aweza collection is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts and Unsuccessful Deliveries
PostEx may make delivery attempts according to its applicable procedures.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer cannot be contacted, or the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to Aweza collection.
Any subsequent delivery arrangement may be subject to additional charges or other applicable conditions.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Although we work with our courier partner to facilitate timely delivery, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include:

If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should document the condition of the parcel and contact Aweza collection as soon as possible with the relevant order details and supporting photographs or videos.
Any complaint regarding damaged products will be reviewed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
10. International Shipping
Aweza collection currently provides shipping within Pakistan.
International shipping is not currently offered unless specifically stated for a particular product or order.
